State of Black Health National Conference

The State of Black Health National Conference will convene public health professionals, social justice leaders and community advocates in pursuit of health equity for African Americans. This inaugural annual event kicks off in Atlanta and will examine the core influences on health including economic, institutional, and social inequalities.

The meeting aims to develop a cohesive policy platform that will address chronic disease and other health challenges unique to African Americans. We will equip attendees with an actionable plan for improving Black health in their respective regions and energize a move toward achieving positive health outcomes for African Americans.

Conference registration is not free. Visit www.StateofBlackHealth.com for more information and to access the official registration process.
